It began with t-shirts and a van. That may sound like a 60’s-era Woodstock story, but the Life is Good brand is anything but a bit of history. The company was started by 2 brothers, Bert and John Jacobs, who wanted to imbue society with a dose of optimism. They traveled all over the US, selling t-shirts with 3 words on them: Life is Good.
Their idea struck a chord and the brothers quickly sold out, word spreading about the positive message their shirts gave. Over the years, the company branched out from t-shirts to pants, sleepwear, accessories, and eyewear, all the while remaining true to its message of positivity.
Today, Life is Good has 9 in-house unisex sunglass frames in classic, fun colors and modern styles. Each pair includes a microfiber drawstring bag that can also be used as a cleaning cloth. The inside temple includes the brand’s signature positive message. The company also has a collection of 16 eyeglass frames, sold exclusively through The McGee Group. The frames are available in round and square shapes, as well as colorful designs on the temples.
Life is Good gives back to the community by donating 10% of all net profits go to the Life is Good Kids Foundation. The organization partners with children’s charities to help kids in need.
